Shipping

We’re so glad you’re excited about your order! We are too! We do our best to process all shipment orders within 72 hours of receiving them, with the exception of weekends and holiday rush times.

The arrival date will depend on the shipping method selected at checkout. We ship worldwide! Please note that Dr. Jen’s UVRx has no control over custom fees, duties, or other taxes on incoming goods. Be familiar with your country’s importing policies and taxation practices before ordering.


Returns & Exchanges

Unworn, unwashed sleeves in their original packaging may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt (minus shipping charges). Just make sure to have your order number handy. If the item is returned after 30 days for a refund, store credit will be given. Please note that any returning garment that has been worn, washed, or damaged in anyway will not be eligible for a refund/exchange.

You will receive an email when your return is received and your refund has been processed. We offer exchanges for different sizes of the same style. Unworn sleeves can be exchanged within 30 days of receipt of the sleeves. Once you process your exchange, we will ship your new size. We will not charge your credit card for the exchange as long as we receive the original pair back. If your exchange size is out of stock, please process the return and we’ll refund you when the sleeves arrive at our warehouse. You can reorder once your correct size is back in stock.
